Return Policy
We do not provide refunds for a delivered product. The products can be replaced, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged.The returns for replacement shall not be accepted in the following cases:
Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Product is used or altered by customer
If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by logging to your account and under manage order section.In case you have placed the order without a log-in, write to us on allushairoil@gmail.com or message us on 7034080906.
How do I initiate a return for replacement?
Write to us on allushairoil@gmail.com / info@allushairoil.in or message us to 7034080906, to initiate a return for the order which has already been shipped or delivered. We will initiate a return pick-up according to the Return Policy and replace it, after the product is received back and verified.
How long does the return process take?
Pick-up of the product will be done within 5-7 days of you raising a return request. Please keep the product ready and our delivery partner will arrive for pick-up with necessary documentation.
Do I have an option to replace a product?
Yes, currently you can only get a replacement for a defective or damaged product.
Are there any cancellation charges?
There are no separate cancellation charges. If the product dispatched, will charge Courier Charge amount.
Order cancellation and product replace
1. Delivery accepted only in India. You can only apply for an order cancellation in case of delayed delivery (if delayed more than 15 working days) or damaged product.
2. You cannot make changes in delivery address and other data after confirming your order. We are not responsible for any mismatch in delivery address other data entered while ordering.
3. Cancellations are not available after the order is shipped.
